Ziba’s Pita’s
I just had another yummy pita from Ziba’s Pitas. I purchased the combo plate half spinach and the other half beef with roasted pepper dip. Ziba makes Authentic Bosian Food. She sells it out of a lunch cart at SW Alder and 9th. She makes vegetarian, vegan and meat pitas. The pita’s have a flakey rolled crust. They are more like spanakopita than a burrito.

I never knew I would like Bosnian food sooo much. Get the Spinach Pita and Cufte combo. The red sauce, I think they call Ajvar is amazing. Best food in that area. Clean too. Gimme some Pita!
